INSTALLATION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION

To cancel a scheduled installation order, you must submit a formal cancellation request at least 3 days before the confirmed installation date. Requests must be sent via email to asamperestabilizer@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +6018-785 7678 (suggested). 

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, an administrative fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded. 

 

DISASSEMBLY POLICY

The following policies apply to eligible for disassembly requests after product installation:

You assume all costs and risks associated with disassembly. 

Disassembly must be requested within 14 calendar days after installation completion, and only for incorrect, damaged, or defective goods.

Only items that have been purchased directly from AS Ampere Stabilizer can be eligible for a disassembly request.

Any AS Ampere Stabilizer product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance with the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.

 

Goods are eligible for a disassembly request if the following are applied:

Incorrect:

The item is not the item you ordered, or it is different from what is indicated on the order summary.

 

Damaged:

The items are found to be damaged upon installation. If an item is found damaged due to tampering, refurbishment, or unauthorized modifications, the customer bears full responsibility for disassembly costs. Disassembly is applicable only for a complete AS Ampere Stabilizer product.

 

Disassembly eligibility requirements:

        Disassembly requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after installation completion.

        You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

        Items must be in new condition and all included accessories/free gifts must be returned. 

Customers may request a single order modification within 14 calendar days after installation completion, subject to full payment of applicable fees including but not limited to price differences and service charges.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that is deemed unreasonable.

 

REFUND POLICY

A partial refund will be processed within 7 calendar days via direct bank transfer after we complete inspection of the disassembled goods and verify your original payment method.

 

INSTALLATION POLICY

Installation Address

We will only perform delivery and installation at the address specified during your purchase.

Please ensure the provided address is accurate and includes a reachable contact number. Note that we do not service P.O. Boxes or invalid addresses.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any errors in the provided address.

Re-delivery and re-installation attempts will incur additional transportation fees.

 

Change In Delivery Address

If you have any request for change of delivery and installation address, please email us at asamperestabilizer@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +6018-785 7678 (suggested) at least 3 days before the confirmed installation date.

 

Delivery and Installation Time

It typically takes between 14 calendar days (Monday to Sunday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The goods will be delivered and installed between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
